REMAX Crown Realty
My family first discovered Vero Beach and Sebastian, Florida in the 1980's. My parents and grandparents have both been lucky enough to call Sebastian and Vero Beach home over the past 2 decades. I now choose to raise my own family here in Indian River County for several reasons. The uncrowded beaches are second-to-none and watching turtles nest in the summer is a spectacle of nature. Vero Beach features great shopping, theater, and a vibrant art scene. Sebastian is home to Pelican Island, the very first National Wildlife Refuge designated by Theodore Roosevelt in 1903. The Saint Sebastian River is one of Florida's last remaining natural rivers, emptying into the Indian River Lagoon. It is located directly across from the Sebastian Inlet which allows for easy boat access to the emerald-green Atlantic coast and deep-sea fishing. The Inlet is also known for world-class surfing. With strong schools and a safe, small town feel, Vero Beach and Sebastian are ideal for families and retirees alike. Feel free to contact me with any questions about this real-life paradise. I look forward to assisting you!
